Tomlison Woods Main Floor Remodel

Client wants:

Center Island, Built in Ref, More counter space, wood floors, pantry space, larger window over sink.

We achieved this by bumping back in to the garage. We moved the laundry into an empty space in the garage. Build a large walk through pantry behind the range wall. Then we pushed out about 2' into the garage to incorporate the build in refrigerator and display cabinets. This also allowed us clearance for a center island.

All new hardwood was installed through then entire main floor.
