This remodel was a complete gut of the first floor. The powder room was moved from the middle of the kitchen area to allow an open concept into the family room. The flooring sprawls through the foyer, family room, powder room and kitchen.

White inset cabinetry are beautifully highlighted by the dark gray quartz countertops The floor is hand scraped burnt hickory. Two work triangles allow easy work flow while entertaining.

There is room for six-eight at the kitchen table along with two window chairs to enjoy your morning paper.

The marble backsplash from Italy ties in the cool and warm tones of the kitchen.

All of the trim on the main level was painted in a fresh, crisp white.
